Steamed sweet potato bread

Nguyên Liệu

1 chén bột mì đa dụng

3 thìa đường

4 g men nở

1/3 khoai lang luộc nghiền ( tiện lợi hơn khi dùng bột khoai lang nguyên chất của Goodprice.vn )

Các bước

Luộc khoai trong 10p. Nghiền tương đối mịn. ( Không cấn phải tốn đến 10p để có được lượng khoai lang bạn cần khi dùng bột khoai lang nguyên chất của goodprice )

Pha men nở với 1 thìa nước ấm trong 5p. Trộn bột mì+ đường + 1/3 chén nước lọc + men. Nhào đều rồi để nghỉ trong bọc thực phẩm 5p.

Chia 2 phần bột đã nhào. 1 phần lấy ra nhào tiếp với khoai lang rồi để lại. Nghỉ trong 15p.

Khi đã nở hơn bình thường. Ta lấy phần bột trắng cán mỏng. Còn phần bột khoai chia 2 phần cán 2 miếng mỏng.

Xếp 1 lớp khoai rồi 1 lớp trắng rồi lớp khoai. Cuốn lại nén chặt. Cắt nhiều khúc tùy ý.

Cho vào nồi hấp trong 15p thì nở ntn.

Để nguội hoặc ăn nóng đều ngon!
